Associate Partner Yohance Harper wins the NextGen Rising Star award for London and the South East at the BCO NextGen Awards.

Yohance is an asset and development manager here at Quadrant working to deliver more than 500,000 sq. ft of offices in London.

Outside of his professional role Yohance is dedicated to supporting the next generation from school children through to PhD students. He is an honorary lecturer at UCL’s Bartlett School of Planning and a visiting research fellow in the economics department of Goldsmiths University alongside academic and committee roles at The ULI, RICS and UCEM.
