Neave joins the business from BlackRock, where he most recently oversaw the product strategy for its APAC Real Estate funds in Hong Kong.

Prior to that role Neave also held roles at Deloitte, where he worked on projects including the disposal of Woolworths freehold retail stores, and JLL.
