Quadrant, the UK real estate asset management and development company, has appointed Rob Beeching as an Associate Partner in its Central London office team.

Rob joins Quadrant after six years at Colliers. Having graduated from the University of Reading in 2016 with an MSc in real estate, Rob qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018 and also completed the Investment Management Certificate.

During his time at Colliers, Rob primarily worked in the London Capital Markets team, completing sales and acquisitions and advising a variety of private clients, institutional investors and developers. He had also gained prior experience at CBRE in London and Hong Kong and with AXA Investment Managers.

At Quadrant, Rob will focus on the origination of new opportunities as the company grows and continues to acquire assets across the UK. He will focus on Central London office-led development, albeit with exposure to a diverse range of asset classes.
