Quadrant Estates adds to retail team with the appointment of Savills’ Tom Hatfield

Quadrant Estates, the private property investment and development company, has appointed Tom Hatfield as Associate Partner to its retail team.  Hatfield will focus on asset management and will work on Quadrant Estates’ expanding retail and leisure proposition. Hatfield joins Quadrant Estates from Savills where he has worked since 2013.  He worked as a surveyor within its Commercial Property Management team based in Manchester.  Specialising in retail and leisure assets he worked across a range of clients, including Land Securities and British Airways Pension Fund.  Hatfield was actively involved with client relationship management, business development and the management of client properties nationwide including The Printworks in Manchester. Quadrant Estates’ currentretail and leisure park portfolio includes Gallagher Shopping Park, Junction 9 and StarCity in Birmingham, as well as retail parks in Swansea, Glasgow, Colchester and Sunderland.
