Rogers joins Quadrant following a year on secondment at the UK business arm of Commerz Real’s open-ended real estate fund HausInvest, where she was an asset manager and responsible for a 922,000 sq ft prime shopping centre in Belfast.

Prior to this, she was a chartered surveyor in the retail division at Lambert Smith Hampton. Within this role, she specialised in Central London restaurants and leisure assets and provided agency services to landlords and occupiers for acquisitions and disposals.

At Quadrant, Rogers will be utilising her skills within the retail and leisure sectors to work on a number of retail park assets and development projects.
