Dan is a Chartered Surveyor with a strong focus on asset management within prime London office properties, as well as key regional real estate. He joined Quadrant Estate in October 2024, where he is responsible for managing the growing office portfolio.

Prior to joining Quadrant, Dan was an Asset Manager at Hines, a global investment manager. In this role, he oversaw a diverse portfolio of office schemes across Hines' core and value-add fund platforms. He also worked closely with clients such as Mirae Asset Securities and HSBC Alternative Investments, delivering strategic asset management solutions.
