Srinath joined Quadrant's Transactions team in January 2024 following the completion of his post-graduation studies at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, where he earned a Master’s degree in finance. Before completing his Masters, Srinath worked with JM Financial, one of the largest financial service firms in India, and Altico Capital, respectively, in Mumbai. His roles involved real estate debt lending, investments, asset repositioning, and management across India.

Srinath is a qualified Civil Engineer and began his career in 2016 in a construction contracts and strategy role with Oberoi Realty, a premier developer in Mumbai.
