Quadrant Estates Appoints Graham Tyler

Quadrant Estates, the private property development and investment company, has appointed Graham Tyler, as a Director. Graham joins from property investment company MGPA, and will work alongside managing directors and co-founders Tristram Gethin and Christopher Daniel together with newly promoted director, Alexander Newport.

Quadrant Estates and its partners are currently developing two major projects in the City; the 230,000 sq ft Moorgate Exchange on Fore Street and the 100,000 sq ft 100 Cheapside. They also recently announced their major refurbishment of the 130,000 sq ft Carmelite building, the former Daily Mail HQ on Victoria Embankment.

Commenting on his appointment, Graham Tyler said:“I worked with the team from Quadrant on Moorgate Exchange and was impressed by their drive and ambition in the City and other key markets. They have a great track record and are well-respected in the markets in which they operate.”

Tristram Gethin, co-founder and managing director, said: “Graham brings a great deal of experience and will be a key part of our team. We are currently working on very high profile developments and expanding the team will enable us to deliver these projects alongside our partners and look to new opportunities.”

Graham was at MGPA for four years and rose to Vice President. He was previously at Explore Investments, a subsidiary of Laing O’Rourke. On current London projects, Quadrant Estates is working alongside investment partners, including The City of London, CarVal Investors, MGPA and Orion Capital Managers.
