Toby Pentecost Joins Quadrant Estates
Quadrant Estates, the private property development and investment company, has appointed Toby Pentecost as an Associate Director.
Toby joins from the City office of Montagu Evans, where he has was for four years, prior to that he was with Colliers International. At Quadrant Toby will work alongside managing directors and co-founders Tristram Gethin and Christopher Daniel, together with directors, Alexander Newport and Graham Tyler.
Quadrant managing director and co-founder, Tristram Gethin said:
“Toby brings valuable City experience, great enthusiasm and will become a key part of our team. We are currently working on very high profile developments in the City and expanding the team will enable us to deliver these projects alongside our partners; as well as look to new opportunities.”
Quadrant Estates and its partners are currently developing three major projects in the City; the 230,000 sq ft Moorgate Exchange on Fore Street, the 100,000 sq ft 100 Cheapside and the 130,000 sq ft Carmelite building, the former Daily Mail HQ on Victoria Embankment.
Commenting on his appointment Toby Pentecost said:
“This new role allows me to build on my experience in the City and become involved in some of the major developments in Central London, as well as other key markets. I’m looking forward to developing my career at Quadrant.”
On current London projects, Quadrant Estates is working alongside investment partners, including The City of London, CarVal Investors, MGPA and Orion Capital Managers.
