Background

225 City Road comprises a new build office, residential and retail scheme designed by AHMM. Following financial restructuring Quadrant have been appointed as Asset and Project Manager to carry out further enhancement works, then successfully lease and dispose of the asset.

Quadrant’s Role

  • Managing further works and enhancements, defects, snagging and rectifying any issues following practical completion.
  • Managing review of historic and ongoing statutory issues, as well as an overview of Property Management and financial monitoring.
  • Leading the marketing, leasing and sale of the asset post stabilisation.

Business Plan

The objective is to stabilise the asset and exit at the most opportune time. We will make improvements to the building in the short-term to improve its marketability and profile, with a view to maximising the potential exit value.
