Tristram is a founding partner of Quadrant and specialises in the office sector. He has been working in the Central London and regional office markets since 1987 when he started his real estate career at Chesterton, working on leasing, investment and development in the City of London. Working with a variety of investors, including UK REITs, institutions, landowners, private equity and various overseas investors, he has been involved in over 3.5 million sq ft of sales, leasing and development transactions across London and the Southeast. Over the past ten years, Tristram has led the development of over 1 million sq ft in Central London and is currently overseeing a pipeline of a further 1 million sq ft.
Christopher specialises in retail and mixed-use sectors and has worked in the retail park, shopping centre, and leisure markets since 1987. Christopher started his real estate career at Capital & Counties in retail asset management, followed by Matthews & Goodman in investment and development with a focus on retail parks. Working with a variety of investors, including UK REITs, institutions and landowners, private equity and overseas investors, he has developed over 2.5 million sq ft in the UK. Christopher has been responsible for the origination and acquisition of projects with a combined GAV of over £1 billion since founding the company.
John specialises in the retail sector. At Quadrant, his principal focus is to lead asset management, leasing and occupier relationships as well as retail and leisure investment underwriting, acquisitions and disposals.
John was previously Head of Retail Warehouse Asset Management at British Land PLC and was responsible for managing the company’s large portfolio of retail parks and shopping parks.
Vanessa joined Quadrant in 2014 and heads up the Transaction Team. Leading a team of 4, her principal focus is investment analysis, deal underwriting, due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents and financial management (debt and equity) across all sectors.
Working with a variety of investors, including private equity, funds and family offices, she has been involved in over £1 billion of real estate acquisitions and disposals since joining Quadrant.
Vanessa started her commercial real estate career in 2010 at CBRE and is a qualified surveyor (MRICS).
Kylie has extensive experience in retail, office and mixed-use sectors, particularly in Central London and The City. She joined Quadrant in January 2025.
Kylie started her real estate career at DTZ in 2007 before moving into a Portfolio Manager role at Custodian Capital (now Custodian REIT). Asset Management roles followed, culminating in a 10-year career at M&G Real Estate where she worked on a diverse portfolio of properties across the UK before specialising in Central London and City mixed-use and office assets with a bias towards redevelopment.
Kylie works across Quadrant’s value-add platform (Quadrant Repurpose) and its asset management and development teams, focusing on land promotion and strategic development management.
Mark has specialised in the retail sector for over 30 years.
Now a Consultant to the Retail Group, Mark was formerly Head of Retail at Colliers International and previously the senior shareholder and Managing Partner of Briant Champion Long, which he joined in 1990 to create its Retail Agency and Investment divisions. In addition to leading the 70 strong Colliers UK Retail Group, Mark specialised in the investment sector having advised on more than £700m of retail acquisitions
Mark is a member of the RICS, former Chairman of the Shop Agent’s Society and also a member of Accessible Retail.
Aqeel is a Development Manager at Quadrant, where he bring architectural expertise and a strategic mindset to the delivery of high-quality commercial developments. With two years of experience in development management, Aqeel plays a key role in driving projects from acquisition through to completion, overseeing design development, planning strategy, and project coordination.
Prior to joining Quadrant, Aqeel trained and worked in architecture, gaining hands-on experience in commercial and residential projects, which now informs a design-led approach to development. His combined understanding of architectural detail and commercial viability allows him to add value across every stage of the development process.
Aqeel is currently a key member of team that is working on the redevelopment of a landmark site in the City of London, working closely with planning consultants, design teams, and key stakeholders to realise the project’s vision. He also asset manages YY London and OSMO Battersea, Quadrant’s recently delivered ESG led landmark office projects.
Aqeel holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture along with a Masters in Real Estate Development, and is passionate about sustainable design and placemaking.
Pei-Wen started her career at Rothschild in 2012, working in the Debt Advisory team across the Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors in Europe.
She then joined Almacantar in 2014 as their Corporate Analyst, managing the analytical infrastructure for investment properties, development projects and business planning.
More recently, Pei-Wen has spent 2 years in the Supply Chain Strategy team at Sainsbury’s, focusing on optimising financial performance across the business.
Srinath joined Quadrant’s Transactions team in January 2024 following the completion of his post-graduation studies at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, where he earned a Master’s degree in finance. Before completing his Masters, Srinath worked with JM Financial, one of the largest financial service firms in India, and Altico Capital, respectively, in Mumbai. His roles involved real estate debt lending, investments, asset repositioning, and management across India.
Srinath is a qualified Civil Engineer and began his career in 2016 in a construction contracts and strategy role with Oberoi Realty, a premier developer in Mumbai.
Jeremy is a chartered surveyor with 20 (+) years of experience in the real estate sector, specialising in the development and asset management of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects in central London.
Prior to joining Quadrant as a development director, Jeremy spent 9 years working for developer Chelsfield where he played a pivotal role in the design and construction of a 330,000 sq. ft development located in Knightsbridge on behalf of investor The Olayan Group. This landmark scheme was built behind a retained facade and comprises contemporary retail space, Grade A offices, super prime residential and a rooftop restaurant and 3 storey basement. The scheme also delivered significant improvements to the existing London underground infrastructure including relocating an existing operational entrance, provision of step free access, cooling the tube interfaces and other public realm improvements.
Dan is a Chartered Surveyor with a strong focus on asset management within prime London office properties, as well as key regional real estate. He joined Quadrant Estate in October 2024, where he is responsible for managing the growing office portfolio.
Prior to joining Quadrant, Dan was an Asset Manager at Hines, a global investment manager. In this role, he oversaw a diverse portfolio of office schemes across Hines’ core and value-add fund platforms. He also worked closely with clients such as Mirae Asset Securities and HSBC Alternative Investments, delivering strategic asset management solutions.
Richard is a highly experienced retail specialist with a primary focus on retail parks, leisure assets, and the development of leasing and occupier relationships. With over 10 years of experience at Ellandi, Richard initially served as Head of Occupier Relations before advancing to a Director position. Prior to Ellandi, he spent four years at Landsec, gaining extensive expertise across various regions and legal jurisdictions within the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Throughout his career, Richard has successfully managed up to 2 million square feet of retail space, developing strong relationships with UK occupiers and negotiating portfolio-wide deals. He has also worked closely with investment teams to identify and source new opportunities, contributing to the sale of approximately £700 million of assets in his final 15 months at Landsec. Richard’s deep understanding of the retail sector and his ability to drive strategic growth make him a key asset in managing and expanding retail and leisure properties.
Sara was at LaSalle for 21 years prior to joining Quadrant in September. She has worked in the Retail sector as an asset manager since 2010, primarily in the Out of Town sector overseeing the asset management of 7 large retail parks as well as a portfolio of supermarkets, trade counter and high street properties with a value of c. £400m. Prior to this she worked on mixed asset classes including a portfolio of offices in Birmingham as well as a diverse range of industrial, trade counter, hotel and leisure properties across the UK.
Having graduated from Reading University in 2016 with an MSc in real estate, Rob joined the Colliers graduate scheme. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018 and completed the Investment Management Certificate.
During the 6 years spent at Colliers, Rob primarily worked in the London Capital Markets team, completing sales and acquisitions and advising a variety of private clients, institutional investors and developers. He had also gained prior experience at CBRE in London and Hong Kong and AXA Investment Managers.
Rob Joined Quadrant in January 2023 and assists the investment team with acquisitions and disposals across all sectors, with a focus on Central London offices.
Patrick has over 35 years’ extensive experience working in the UK property market with the last 15 years spent implementing large complex mixed-use developments in Central London.
Having been a partner at Donaldsons, in 1997 Patrick joined the Southern Properties Group as a partner where he built up a mixed-use development and investment portfolio. Under his direction, Southern Properties acquired and managed a commercial property fund for a private family office and in 2007 he worked with Ilchester Estates to form a joint venture with Chelsfield to acquire the former Commonwealth Institute site in Holland Park. In conjunction with Chelsfield he then led the development of the new Design Museum together with 55 luxury apartments, known as Holland Green, with a GDV of £440m.
In 2016 Patrick was appointed Chelsfield’s London development director where he was responsible for the K1 Knightsbridge development owned by The Olayan Group. The 330,00 sq ft mixed use scheme, with a GDV of in excess of £700m, to include retail, office and residential, behind a listed façade, included three levels of new basement excavation adjoining the London Underground infrastructure. Pre-lettings of the retail were secured to Apple and Burberry and a new benchmark for office and retail rents was established in Knightsbridge.
Patrick is now development director at Quadrant where he is fully involved with their development pipeline.
Umar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of corporate and financial accounting experience, focusing primarily on the real estate and hospitality industries.
He started his career at Deloitte in its Audit and Business Advisory division before joining Dun & Bradstreet as a Business Analyst.
He joined Quadrant from Oliver Walton Group, a real estate investment and management firm, where he was Head of Finance for over three and half years. Prior to this, he worked for Transomas and Westbourne Hyde Park Group, an international real estate group with a presence in the UK, US and India. He left the group in 2018 as a Group FC after a decade with them.
