WAULT of 5.4 years to break requiring proactive management of an ongoing programme of lease events to maximise income.
Working towards further extending the building’s WAULT through active asset management initiatives.
Using existing relationships, recently completed the refinancing of the asset, following expiry of the original facility with a new lender at a margin of sub 200 bps.
Ensuring all the front of house staff are hospitality trained to provide an occupier focused, high quality service.
Implementing a programme of energy consumption data monitoring and designing a pathway to net zero using the Deepki platform.
