London-based property firm Quadrant Estates has promoted John Maddison to the newly created role of managing partner.
Maddison will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, including accounting, HR and wider operations. He will work with founding partners Christopher Daniel and Tristram Gethin.
Maddison has spent almost 10 years at Quadrant, gaining an in-depth knowledge of the firm, while leading asset management, leasing and occupier relationships, as well as retail and leisure investment underwriting, acquisitions and disposals.
Previously, Maddison served as head of retail warehouse asset management at British Land and was responsible for managing the company’s large portfolio of retail parks and shopping parks.
