Quadrant Estates secures letting with DW Sports at Templars Shopping Park

Quadrant Estates, asset manager for Templars Shopping Park, Oxford, has now secured a new tenant for the park. DW Sports has taken Unit and will commence trading at the end of June 2015.

DW Sports is a leading sports specialist destination which aims to provide the complete shopping experience for all Football, Rugby, Running and Fitness enthusiasts. DW Sports will offer a vast array of exclusive product in conjunction with top brands adidas, Nike, Asics, New Balance, Under Armour, Mi-Fit, Canterbury and many more.

Templars Shopping Park, acquired by Quadrant Estates and an SPV related to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. on behalf of its affiliates and affiliated investment funds (‘KKR’) in July 2013, is located in a prime location easily accessible from Oxford City Centre and from the Eastern Bypass Road via the Oxford Road (B480) by car and bus. The 8.9 acre site with 137,640 sq ft of purpose built retail warehouse space incorporates 13 units, with a strong mix of high profile retail tenants including Costa Coffee, Sainsburys, Pets at Home, TK Maxx, JD Sports and Halfords.
