We are delighted to announce Quadrant have appointed Patrick Waters and Jeremy Lacey as Development Directors. They both join from Chelsfield, where they worked together to develop a range of high-quality schemes across London.
At Quadrant, Patrick and Jeremy will work on our existing central London office projects, including YY London, the new smart, green and wellbeing-focused workspace in Canary Wharf, and OSMO, a highly sustainable 166,000 sq ft contemporary and nature-focused workspace in Battersea, as well as exploring new office and mixed-use opportunities.
