Sourced off market by a direct approach to the seller a year ahead of a restricted sales process, Quadrant purchased the site in a joint venture with Aimco in 2020.

Originally a residential scheme, we saw the potential of an office scheme and approached the seller directly.

A 0.49 acre site with planning consent for a 140,000 sq ft office property, located close to the iconic Battersea Power Station.

The original design has been enhanced to improve the floor plate and layouts, resulting in an additional 28,000 sq ft NIA and terraces on all floors, planning consent for which has been granted and work is currently underway on site.
